Other Remote Working News
Want to stay on the cutting edge? Here’s what else is happening in the world of all things remote that you should know about:
Is Dubai calling your name, or at the top of your bucket list? Then you’re in for a treat. The UAE government recently introduced a Virtual Work Visa letting you stay in the country and work remotely for one year through self-sponsorship. That means you’ve got all the time in the world for souk visits, desert safaris and of course the shopping centres with huge fountains and fish tanks!
How about trading the work from sofa, to work from beach with some delicious wine and a Pastel de nata in hand? Portugal is the most recent country to offer the 1-year digital nomad visa & it’s a super straightforward process; you just need to show your non-EU national residency and employment by a non-EU-based company is needed.
That’s it!
